On Friday, September 8, Jackson and Houston Mayor Sylvester Turner will be visiting and meeting with evacuees who are staying at the George R. Brown Convention Center.

Janet took to her official website and social media channels to address the news head-on and announce that the Unbreakable Tour was becoming the State Of The World Tour. The singer went on to belt out hits including Nasty, Alright, Control, When I Think of You, All for You, and Rhythm Nation.

The singer said she's actually planning something beyond the concert.

Upcoming tour stops for Jackson include several more in Texas, followed by Arkansas, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arizona, and California.

She added: "I am not going to be prescriptive but we do not believe that there can be a prolonged set of talks". Now we stand on the cusp of a new century for Northern Ireland.

Many fans, if lucky enough to nab a ticket, have had to endure teasing from the singer on her Instagram page as she shared a photo of herself preparing for the tour. "See u guys in 1 month!" I'm here to tell you that we are doing the show in Houston.

In May 2017 she finally broke her silence on the matter in a video for her fans where she confirmed the split. She even surprised all when she fused Cardi B's "Bodak Yellow" instrumental into a remix of "What Have You Done for Me Lately".

"Hey, you guys, it's me, Jan - just in case you don't recognize me, 'cause I have put on quite a few since I had the baby", she said in a video.
