Police Probe Whether Vegas Shooter Eyed Space Near Earlier Festival

Stephen Paddock, the gunman who killed 59 people and injured hundreds more at a country music festival in Las Vegas on Sunday night (local time), may have tried to gun down an earlier festival. The festival is not directly involved in the investigation but they have been briefed on its progress.

The north side of the condo complex overlooked the main stage for the three-day Life is handsome festival held September 22-24 and featuring big musical names like Chance the Rapper, Lorde and Wiz Khalifa.

Paddock rented "multiple condos" overlooking the annual festival, which was headlined by Chance the Rapper, Lorde, and Wiz Khalifa and drew around 50,000 people each of its three days, the reports say. Sources believe Paddock may have "lost his nerve" or changed his plans during the time of the festival, and planned a different shooting for the following weekend.

"We have information that he may have attended 'Life is lovely, ' but we haven't confirmed it yet", the sheriff said.

Klopp among contenders as Ancelotti quits Bayern Munich
The club's hierarchy held a meeting to discuss Ancelotti's future on Thursday afternoon and he has now left the Bavarians. Carlo Ancelotti has been dismissed as manager of Bayern Munich after their 3-0 humiliation at the hands of PSG.

This year's festival took place in downtown Las Vegas between September 22nd-24th and featured performances from the likes of Gorillaz, Lorde, Chance the Rapper, Muse, The xx, and more.

The sheriff was asked at a news conference if it's believed that Paddock was scouting other locations in Las Vegas, and he said only "what's possibly been presented with Life is handsome". "As you know this is an ongoing investigation".

An official also confirmed to ABC News that Mandalay Bay housekeeping was asked not to visit Paddock's room during the last leg of his stay.
