The first details of the Destiny 2 Curse of Osiris expansion will be revealed by Bungie in a livestream later today. During the stream, Bungie will showcase the new locations on Mercury you'll visit, some of the new characters you'll meet, and the dangers you'll face.
The expansion, Curse of Osiris, is just around the corner and what is better than getting some fresh AND live content. Activision maintains operations throughout the world and is a division of Activision Blizzard (NASDAQ: ATVI), an S&P 500 company.
Curse of Osiris takes place after the events of Destiny 2. The expansion releases on December 5.
It was easy to be pessimistic about it. Bungie only released two raids during the first year of Destiny 1, and the second is generally considered to be the weakest of them all. Users can also assume that new Exotics are on the way, especially since the Jade Rabbit was shown off during the Curse of Osiris trailer. For the uninitiated, Osiris is Ikora's mentor as well as the namesake for the Trials of Osiris Crucible event. We only really knew Osiris from grimoire cards and the Trials of Osiris, but his knowledge of the Vex will make him a leader for guardians during the Vex crisis. Players will dive into a Vex Reality Engine, a giant simulation that the Vex is using to find a specific object. He'll offer a new type of area-specific reward called Lighthouse Engrams.
Parliament will have 2019 vote on final Brexit deal, Davis offers
However, a number of MPs on both sides of the House queried whether a vote at the very last minute would be "meaningful". She posted on Twitter: "Pointless if we have enshrined a drop dead date in the Bill, & get a deal at 11th hour!"
During the reveal though, it was left murky if Destiny 2: Curse of Osiris would get a brand new raid of its own, in addition to the new raid lair for the Leviathan which is already in the game.
What we could see on stream certainly looked interesting, and hopefully builds onto the Destiny 2 we now have to provide fun and interesting new challenges for players.
"I think players are ultimately going to see a wide variety of story channels, an eclectic number of outlets to see story infused throughout the game; top to bottom, soup to nuts".
Oh hell yeah. Bungie didn't give many details on the stream, but all you need to know is in the header there.
