LG are no different, and considering the G6 and Q6 are already available in five colors (only three of which are available in the United States, unfortunately!) it just goes to show how enthusiastic smartphone manufacturers can be.
To some consumers disappointment, the new colours are not met with the release of a major new software update. The LG G6 will get the Moroccan Blue, Lavender Violet, and Raspberry Rose variants. The LG Q6, popular for its large display and premium features at an affordable price point, comes in seven color options with Moroccan Blue and Lavender Violet joining Astro Black, Ice Platinum, Mystic White, Terra Gold and Marine Blue. LG Q6 is available only in Moroccan Blue and Lavender.

LG G6 is the world's first smartphone to support Dolby Vision (and HDR 10) for better videos. The phones will first roll out in Korea in February, and then make their way to other global markets. Currently, this color is only available for the latest flagship models in LG's G and V lineup. Whereas the LG Q6 will be available in Moroccan Blue, Lavender Violet, Astro Black, Ice Platinum, Mystic White, Terra Gold, and Marine Blue colour options. On the photography front, it gets dual 13-megapixel cameras at the rear and a 5-megapixel selfie camera. When it comes to specs, the LG G6 comes equipped with a 5.7-inch FullVision display with 18:9 aspect ratio.
