So far during his impressive National Football League combine showing, Griffin has pumped out 20 reps on the bench press and recorded the fasted 40-yard dash time for a linebacker since they began the event back in 2003, with a time of 4.38 seconds.
The former UCF star sprinted an unofficial 4.38 40-yard dash Sunday, becoming the fastest linebacker to do so since 2003.
When it came time for the bench press, Griffin strapped on a prosthetic left-hand and proceed to knock out 20 reps of 225 pounds.
Griffin, who wasn't invited to the National Football League combine until after the Senior Bowl, blistered the 40 in 4.38 seconds on Sunday at the National Football League combine.
"When my [twin] brother [Shaquill] got the call that he was drafted [by Seattle in the third round last year], he handled it very well, " Shaquem said. "I think I beat that by a lot", Griffin told reporters at the combine. But he's about 30 pounds lighter than his brother and plays cornerback.
Griffin didn't let that stop him from becoming a defensive leader on a Central Florida team this year that went undefeated. He was the (American Athletic) Conference player of the year two years ago.
Kelly on leaving DHS: 'God punished me, I guess'
Trump moved Kelly from DHS to the White House back in July 2017 to replace exiting chief of staff Reince Priebus. He said Porter had "presented himself as the ultimate gentleman" while he worked at the White House.
"It was unbelievable, hearing the crowd and having the juices flowing, I mean I felt it", Griffin said. You want me to play kicker or punter, all I gotta to is get a good stretch in and I can kick the ball, too.
Griffin believes that his story can inspire other kids to achieve.
He worked out on the defensive line, at linebacker and at safety during the Senior Bowl in January. But at the end of the day, it's not my choice. Him just saying five, five is me just warming up.
Griffin is expected to be drafted at some point during the three-day event, but the later rounds are most likely.
"If I can inspire one, and they can inspire another and (soon we'll) inspire a thousand".
