Meanwhile, the Israeli forces killed a Palestinian handicapped man and wounded several others earlier in the day during clashes in the West Bank, the ministry announced.

"Troops fired live rounds towards a main instigator who held a firebomb with the intent to hurl it", a spokesman said, adding an investigation had been launched.
