"The bail order must reach the jail authorities only after that will Salman Khan be released today".

The order was pronounced by Sessions Judge Ravindra Kumar Joshi, who reserved orders in the plea yesterday.

According to news reports, bail was granted on a bond of Rs.50,000. But Mr. Khan appealed the decision, and the sentence was suspended.

Most of his family members, including sisters Arpita and Alvira, have been in Jodhpur since Wednesday to be with Khan.
