According to the Miami-Dade Police Department's arrest report, Garcia was moved to a different seat after the first incident, but "began to scream and insult" the woman and her boyfriend and became involved in an altercation with another passenger.

Police told NBC News Garcia had allegedly touched the female passenger inappropriately.

A passenger on a Miami to Chicago O'Hare flight was Tased 10 times and tried to grab an officer's gun, cops say, while fighting removal from the plane.

Footage shows a man remonstrating with Miami police officers in the aisle of the passenger jet, after reportedly being asked to disembark. The passenger who those onboard said instigated the incident, identified as 28-year-old Jacob Garcia, was asked to leave but refused.

Opposition parties submit notice for CJI's impeachment to Rajya Sabha chairman
It is required that the motion is passed by a special two-third majority of MPs in both the Lok Sabha and the Rajya Sabha. Though most of the Congress leaders favoured the impeachment notice , some criticised it vehemently.

During the transportation of Garcia from the plane to the terminal, officers had to carry him while he verbally chastised everyone around. He was later taken into custody and placed under arrest, charged with five counts including battery, resisting arrest and depriving an officer of their means of protection. A stun gun had little effect on him, possibly because it did not attach properly through his clothing, the arrest report said.

The flight crew then began deplaning the aircraft after Garcia refused to get off on his own.

Garcia further delayed his departure - as well as the flight's - by entwining his legs with the aircraft seats. "Get him off!" The man continues to resist even as the officers Tase him. "The same passenger was subsequently arrested by law enforcement", read a statement from American Airlines.

By that time, Miami-Dade police were called. During that process, a physical altercation between the two same passengers took place. The flight, which was scheduled to depart at 9:30 p.m. ET, departed at 10:34 p.m. ET with all remaining passengers. We thank our crews and airport customer service team for their excellent work in this situation.
